Dunhelen’s Progress Continues to Build Momentum
There’s a lot happening on the ground at Dunhelen, and if you’ve driven past lately, you might have noticed diggers, trenches and a lot of activity. While it may not look like much yet, this essential groundwork facilitates the delivery of must-haves such as power, water and sewerage.
It’s not the most glamorous stage of building a community, but it’s one of the most important.
Here’s where things stand across Dunhelen right now.
Stage 1: Steady Progress Toward Titles
In Stage 1, sewer reticulation works are now complete, with stormwater drainage works currently underway. Titles are expected this summer, subject to weather and statutory approval timeframe. This is great news for buyers eager to see their block become a reality.
Stage 1A: A New Contractor on Board
We’re pleased to welcome civil contractor BMD Urban to Dunhelen, appointed to deliver works across Stage 1A. Earthworks are set to commence imminently, with titles forecast for early 2027, subject to weather.
Stage 2: Building on What’s Around Us
Looking further ahead, construction on Stage 2 is currently anticipated to commence this summer, following the completion of external infrastructure works being carried out by an adjacent developer. Titles for this stage are anticipated in mid 2027, subject to authority approvals and the progress of that adjacent works programme.
Come and Say Hello
With so much progress underway, there’s never been a better time to find out where you fit into Dunhelen’s story.
