Dunhelen Commences Construction in Greenvale

Construction has officially commenced at Dunhelen, marking a significant milestone for this new masterplanned community in one of Melbourne’s most tightly held suburbs.

With strong demand from local buyers and Stage One now sold out, the start of civil works signals real progress on a community that is already resonating deeply with those who know the area best.
